About us
Cameron Contemporary Art (CCA) opened in its new permanent home in Brighton and Hove in October 2013. Previously Cameron Contemporary Art has staged exhibitions in London, Scotland and Sussex as well as regularly showing at major Art Fairs in the UK and abroad.
Introduction
The gallery is dedicated to showing a changing programme of high quality established and exciting up and coming British artists. Ranging from traditional to modern, figurative to abstract, each exhibition is accompanied by a selection of sculpture, ceramics and jewellery.
We hold around eight exhibitions annually and continue to exhibit at leading UK Art Fairs. We also have a programme of talks and events in the gallery ranging from tastings to talks and even evenings of theatre. Join our mailing list to be kept up to date with what is coming next.
WHO WE ARE
Husband and wife Robin Cameron and Kirsty Wither set up CCA in 2008. Kirsty is a full time professional artist and Robin’s background is in performing and production. The idea of opening a gallery had been very long in the planning. We had seen the space in Second Avenue several years before it became CCA and always thought it would make a perfect art gallery. In 2013 when we found out the lease was available, it was too good a chance to miss — so here we are!

We are always happy to help advise on starting or building a collection. We can also source work from auctions or private collections. Please contact the gallery to discuss your requirements.
RE-ARRANGING YOUR COLLECTION
Sometimes re-arranging your own paintings at home or work can be a daunting task, but it is always worthwhile. You see your artworks with a fresh eye, often looking better in their new spot, or realising they aren’t your favourites any longer and others have taken their place.
Robin and Kirsty can come in and advise and re-hang for you, curating a new look from your existing collection and highlighting your new favourites to suit every room!
WEDDING LIST
CCA offers a popular and appealing alternative to the traditional wedding list. Friends and family can buy items from a list or contribute to an art fund for the couple. This is also perfect for special birthdays or retirements.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A Gift Voucher is a perfect present for a loved one or a friend. Available in any amount valid towards any gallery artwork. It allows the recipient to choose their favourite piece.
